staying here made it so easy to walk to nearby attractions like the charming Zocalo and the beautiful Allende Garden, while the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Carmen who helped us plan our activities and made our stay unforgettable.

The noise from the rooftop bar was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep during our 5-night stay. We were consistently woken up by music and loud conversations, which felt disrespectful. The room we were assigned also lacked natural light and felt claustrophobic without any windows.

the location is nice, but don’t expect to sleep with all the music blaring from the rooftop bar. i also felt slighted that my room lacked any natural light—who wants to feel claustrophobic on vacation? i thought for sure they’d offer me a complimentary drink or something to make up for these inconveniences, but alas, nothing.
